SELF-ADHESIVE STICKY BACKING - Each pad is made with a self-adhesive sticky backing; To apply the pads simply remove the backing and apply the sticky side to your boot liner

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS - First, remove your boot liners when they are dry; Second, slide your foot into liner; Third, mark your ankle bones position with a pen or pencil on the outside of the liner; Fourth, remove your foot & apply the pads so the "C" of the pads surround your ankle bone location of the liner
